You're making a giant leap of supposition there Eric. The only Power Giant on that Driver's manual is the 400 on the cover, not the 100-300 Sweptlines or the D500 Sweptline.
It IS reasonable to assume that since Dodge hadn't yet settled on a name for the new series trucks, remember they were "Darts", that for the sake of eliminating confusion, the Power Giant name carried over in early 1961 product information.
I doubt that you'll find any reference to Power Giant in any succeeding years.
But we both know better than to never say never when it comes to Dodge Trucks.
