Well I did the same as most here when I did my 57 PW, I bagged the nuts and bolts in plastic see through bags then marked them with a permanet marker so I would not have to worry about tags falling off. I would also right how many were removed and put in the bag, If something gave me a harder time or came off easier in a pattern than the rest I would record that on the bag as well.Pictures of everything, it may seem a waist but with digital cameas now days it does not matter how many you take,they do come in handy.When I did my WC-56 command car I did the same thing and with the camera I would take pictures between paint removal layers and also documented the origonal U.S. markings and the French markings,with pictures when you go to sell it later for any reason you can say here is the pictures of the hood,doors, body after the old paint removal(look no rust,dents,or bullet holes)that makes a big differance more to the non mechanic types who buy only and not rebuild. I also made pictures of any metal I welded in to show (look metal not all bondo. Hope this helps.
