Tell you a little secret, I been running the bubbls system since 72, and I assure you it does quite a bit in overcoming the problems of reformulated gasoline.
Now, what you are calling Water injection is in face what is called Steam Atomization in heavy fuel combustion systems. Steam atomizationworks well in a properly tuned system, but it also goes to shyt real fast when fuel/air parameters change even slightly.
It also keeps a lot of carbon off the top of the pistons.
