Heater Hose T - Chris Case

You made a mention in my earlier post about making a new hose. It appears my 5/8 connector is bolted into that 1 1/2 inch rubber hose. It seems like I could cut a hole and put a new metal part in and tighten it all up. Seems ot have a inner and outer flange deal bent to fit the curve of the hose with threads.

Whats this metal piece called and where could I find one? My parts store didnt really know which direction to go with.
