Be careful with the language, Steve.Soon you'll be telling us that we have the RIGHT to free fuel, health care and food, all because we NEED all of them.The fact that the free market is the best way to deliver goods and services to people has been proven, daily, since the Pilgrims.You allow that dereg. has expanded production....where the hell would we be if we hadn't expanded production? To call it a deregulated market is even a stretch, what with all the mandates, drilling prohibitions,etc. But, what I would really like to know, is what should we be paying?For most of us, it is second only to food in importance to our way of life.You bemoan the lack of competition on one hand, and on the other, you call for a goverment takeover of the industry.Get a clue.
