Advice on 1997 Ford F-350 Diesel

I have a chance to buy a 1997 350 dually extended cab. It is 2wd w/a 7.3 turbo diesel and 160k miles. It comes with a 26' gooseneck trailer, all for about $10K. Wonder if anyone here has good or bad experiences to share. Anyone know what it would get for MPG? Dodge content: Would be a hauler for my M-37's
