I have State Farm here in Kansas. I have an agent and they would help with claims.I pay my bill at their office. I get a statement every month and if I wanted to I could mail in a check to the home office. I also get insurance cards every so often in the year and keep these in my vehicles as proof of insurance. I show these cards every year to the DMV when its time for me to renew my tags.
