i spoke to a vendor last spring that made a business of traveling across the border to buy parts from the levins. they made a regular practice of burning nos wiring harnesses to get the wire for scrap. tons and tons of parts to be bought on the cheap for resale. sounds like a mv paradise. i went to sarafan in ny when i first got into dodges. crates and crates of nos dodge stuff. i got a nos b1 tranny for my m37. alretta truck parts had a warehouse with a whole floor of military stuff. they were major sellers of driveline parts and i even have one of their vintage catalogs listing all of the hard parts they sold. its all drying up a bit im afraid. glad to have john bizal around as he is still able to find collections from time to time.
