Harmonic balancer on flathead?

So I have two 230 motors and only one has a harmonic balancer on the crank pulley up front. Is this a car motor? It has a rear sump oil pan, but only four flywheel bolts to crank, and a 146 teeth on the flywheel. Will parts inter change or what part won't?
