On national ammunition day, I was encouraged to purchase ammo to show support for the shooting sports. I was surprised that my local fishing store sold ammo over the counter no hassles. This in a state which considers plinking with a bb gun in my backyard Discharging a firearm. The guy at the counter said "elephant gun or bb gun same penalty" Gave the ammo to my brother in law for Christmas.
