Could be stock. ford and Dodge shared trans designs for many years. both used the Borg WArner 3 speed and both use din house 3 speeds. chyslers and desotos and maybe dodge and plymouth had OD in their cars in the 30s. it is bolted to the back of the trans. kind of a LOOONG set up.
