Truck bed wood?

Is the 13/16" wood rabbited down 3/16" on the bed sides to fit under the angles as well as the bed strips? So if that id the case the side angle would be 5/8 higher than the bottom lip on the front panel?

Trying to locate the side angle. Thanks
