If you are reading this, I didn't get banned this time. ;-)
Yesterday I decided to dig the W500 and the W300 out from the snow that had accumulated on and around them. The brakes were fine at first in the 500, but later I was going to take it for a ride and the brakes were sticking. I drove it a little ways to see if they would let go. When I came back the drums were very warm from the friction, so I don't think the wheel cylinders or the shoes were stuck from ice. I removed the cap to the master cylinder and the reservoir was a littl low so I added some brake fluid. They have gotten so tight that I can only move the truck in four wheel drive, low range, first gear. Any suggestions? It has a single master cylinder on the firewall and a vacuum assist with vacuum storage tank under the cab. Thanks, JH
