Yeah, the center spins out, the cutter walks off, the drill slips and you smash your knuckles on the piece. And probably break the cutter too. I cut a million of those myself, center punched them all, and carefully wobbled the cutter off axis in a circular pattern to start a healthy groove to keep the cutter in place. Had I known about the industrial one, I would have bought it in a second.
