Hey Doug! I'm no expert, but a few years ago when I had my '93 CTD and Judd had a F350 Power Stroke, I complained once after a trip (empty, no trailer) about not quite getting 20MPG, he laughed at me and said to be glad I got double digits! He was getting single digits when empty, and terrible mileage when he had a load or trailer. My CTD averaged just over 20mpg most of the time.
