Dennis on your bolt studs that are broken flush or slightly inside the casting,place a nut on top of the break with the same size id as the od of the stud, then weld the inside of the nut to the stud with a wire feed if available.Turn the nut back and forth a few times to break it loose. It may take several attemps but this works about 90% of the time. You might have to wait for it to cool down in between welds. Good luck, Dan H
