My garage is bigger than my house. Hot and cold water but no bathroom "yet" I have two furnaces both are oil forced air,we are in the woods no natural gas. 1 in the wood shop and the other in the auto side Set the thermastat and go about your way.used to have wood. PAIN IN THE BUTT My two cents
