Sounds like it could be any combination of those. My dad has Alzheimers and I'm afraid he has not kept up with the maintenance. The radiator was nearly bone dry. Even if we get it running, I'm not sure he can remember how to operate it. It's crazy, he can run a chainsaw, but can't figure out how to start a weedeater. He stopped driving a manual transmission truck over a year ago because he couldn't figure it out.
