If it follows standard Dodge practice, stamped halfway down the right chassis rail will be the chassis PART number in the same sort of size and placement as the chassis number.

CC-927843 for an Emergency Repair Truck
CC-927975 for a Telephone Maintenance Truck

I think the basic difference would be that the Emergency Repair chassis / springs would be that much heavier. Either way it's probably something to keep.
