This kind of thing happens all the time. You would think the authorities could get involved and make a bust on this type of activity. Go ahead and make the wire transfer and then nab someone. Or when they offer you extra money for something and you are supposed to send cash back with the item they purchased. If its to work a real address or account has to be given. At that time they could arrest someone.
