I'm neither. I just spotted the ad on kijiji & emailed the guy to ask him to send his phone number.
He emailed back & said, "he's too busy to deal with all the interested buyers in person on the phone & would prefer a deal through email & using an escrow company".
You get the drift...same old BS story, just a different approach.
Just don't want to see anyone get taken.
