Correct on the weight cert. "Regular" registration was going to cost me over $500/year. I went with Historical Vehicle for about $52.
Yeah, there's supposed to be restrictions on the use, but I drive it anytime I like. The only attention I get from law enforcement is a wave or a thumbs up.
