I know it takes special procedures to weld cast iron. What I'd like to do, however, is braze it, because that's something I can do with a torch and I know I've done a good job of brazing other things. I've just never tried to braze a manifold, which is subject to heat cycles and vibration. I'm hoping to hear from somebody who's done it and can tell me if it will work or not.
