Removing pine sap from paint! Help!!!!

I have 4 globs of pine sap about the size of dime that dripped from the rafters on a fresh black paint job on my fenders. I painted the fenders about a week ago.

Does anyone know of a good way to remove pine sap from base coat/clear coat?

Looks like I need to cover the truck inside the barn.
