The oil is there to act as a fuel for the sprouting seed. So the seeds have an enzyme that breaks down oil into sugar. Peanut Butter may be a great laundry stain remover. Hmmm, where did I put that work shirt that still smells of 90wt after four washings? Peanut smell would be an improvement.
