Tell what right is it that you are being denied or what restrictions have been placed upon those rights?
Now I'm about as Liberatarian as they come, but I'm not an Anarchist nor do I confuse my right to free speech as a guarantee that that speech will be taken seriously. Most of what passes for public discourse in the modern era should be roundly derided and rightly so.
Second Amendment, right for the individual to own and bear arms? you, betcha! Right to own a howitzer? no so much so.
10th Amendment, States Rights. The Tenth Amendment should be a bulwark against the excess of the Federal Government, but has been undermined by the 17th Amendment(direct election of Senators). Only when the 17th Amendment is overturned will we see a return to the orignial intent of the writers of the Constitution where the states were equal partners.
