The last thing you want to use is a torch. Sheet metal does not like the heat. It warps a lot if too much heat gets to it. I use cut off wheels on a die grinder for the fine work. I use a nibber to cut sheet metal out of the tuck. Sawalls work great. I do not like hack saws their name is appropriate.
