But if you can't get that lucky, good tin ships. Or a hack saw, fine blade and at a low angle.
But my favorite tool is the Bosch jig saw. The one that has 3or 4 positions of oscillation- the blade moves forward on the up stroke, and back ward on the down stroke. So aggressive that I put a coarse blade in and use it instead of a Skilsaw. Fine blade for metal, I've cut 3/16" with it.
