I did some trials/test using a HP 0-20 amp, 0-20 volt PS. The higher current appeared to work quicker.
About a year ago we had a lot of discussion on Electrolysis on the forum. If you search the archives using 'Electrolysis' you will find lots of information, pictures and links to other sites where there were indepth reports.
The lift shackle in the picture was one of my tests. All in all it works well, however its not fast. If speed is important nothing like a blast cabinet. I still want to do some tests on a bunch of old nuts and bolts and see how they come out. In that case, it would be much quicker by electrolysis that blasting.
