This TPS has three leads, and the Idle voltage between the lower two leads is to be 0.63 volts, and I'm getting 1.2'ish.

I expected the lower to wires to be a signal back as there is 4.5 volts on the top lead, but if the lower wires not connected with 1.4'ish volts is OK, then I feel better.
