Chain the front of the tractor to a tree with enough slack to allow the motor to start, put the tranny in reverse, press in on the pedal and start the engine. Should break it loose.
Note that I said to chain the front, not the back - there is too much risk for flipping the tractor over if chained to the back - no matter how low you connect the chain .. and without a clutch, there is no way that you can stop the tractor in time once it starts.
