If you don't earn a living with your equipment, you would be better to buy a low-cost sandblaster like I got (pictured above). it is model 770 available for 250$ delivered from TP Tools. Just hook your shopvac or old central-vac to it and it works great.
I paid 189$CAN for a similar unit (they are made in China) and if you use silicone during assembly, it is a leakproof unit. I added halogene lamps and for the price, it can't be beat.
If you want a better unit, you can get a higher-end one like the 960-FL at about 950$ delivered. I believe Paul in NY and Tim in VT use this or a similar unit.
