Thanks for the photo link. Based on what Paul states below, looks like the m37 extensions will probably fit in the frame rails of a flat fender pw, but the legnth is definitely too short, by 10-12 inches overall. You would have to add material to stretch them to 15 or 17 inches. Sounds like is is possible though.
