The length will be the problem. There were two different winch frames used on the WDX-WM300 series trucks. When the Power-Wagon changed to the 251 engine, the extensions had to be made longer. The M-37's used a LU-2 winch instead of the MU-2 winch used on the WDX-WM300 series trucks. I doubt seriously that M-37 frame extensions will work with a MU-2 winch.
