odd T-98 trans in a Dodge

I crawled under my craigslist freebie 1969 D500 Dump last night to try and ID the 5 spd trans.

It appears to be a Warner Gear T-98, and used the same bolt pattern as the NP540.

Anyone familiar with this trans? I thought they were used in Internationals.
