OT: Shopping for a 12' inflatable boat such as Zodiac - NEED

It never fails to amaze me how much knowledge is shared by the members of this board. Well, I am shopping for a new toy and have exhausted my personal contacts so I thought that I would reach out to this board hoping to find someone with product knowledge and advice.

I am shopping for a 10-12 foot inflatable dinghy. I need it to have an inflatable bottom and not an RIB, because it will be carried on the roof rack of my truck on our trip to Baja. I am planning to run a 15-30 hp outboard and use it for exploring the coastal islands along the baja peninsula.

I am looking for advice on brands, materials, contruction, and other general advice on comparing different manufacturer's products. It appears that there are a lot of low-cost competitors to the staple brands such as Zodiac, Avon and Achilles. Are these brands worth buying?
