I am familiar with West Marine, Saturn, and the list goes on and on (just do a search on ebay). I am comparing the observable characteristics of these boats such as brand, material, material thickness, total weight, ect, but I haven't found anything that explains "what makes a good boat"! Do you have experience with West Marine boats?
