Applying some geometry, the stuff inside probably has a density of around 100 to 110 pounds per cubic foot if th etire is full. That rules out lead (708 pcf) or iron filings (350+ pcf). A calcium Chloride solution could get up to 100 or more pcf and if it were completely full with no air, it would not "slosh". Just my 2 pfennig.
