Windshield Frame Specs

In the posts below, some people mentioned having windshield frames made new. I have to do a senior design project one of these days and wouldn't mind giving a WS frame or some fenders a shot. The presses are free, the CNC machines are free...even the steel is free. If someone has some detailed specs, I could draw it up and show it to my professor. If he gives it a "GO", I can start making it anytime. Might be worth a try.
