We have recently got a surplus store again in my town. I been buying various army surplus items and must admit this stuff is pretty much top notch stuff. I've basically converted my outdoor winter stuff all over to the surplus. M65 field Jacket with liner. Also the rain gear is most excellent. The glove/mittens with wool liners are nice. The main question is on the "improved wet weather" coats and pants it talks of seeing a tech manual TM 8400-201-23 for repair and restoring water repellency. I cannot seem to locate a TM online with this # and was hoping someone here could advise me as to how to treat the rain gear. I am using this stuff at work and at home and want to keep it in good working order.
If anyone hasnt tried the improved wet weather gear this stuff is awesome!
