I am not an expert on the utiline beds, but they can be made to work. The Power-Wagon "Cycle" fenders will fit the "dimples" in the sides. You just have to drill new holes and patch the old sweptline fender mounting holes. The key is the bed length. Of course the bed strips and cross members are different and have to be swapped out. I think Mopar Norm has some facts and figures on the beds.
