Express vs Utiline beds

I'm wondering what the difference is in these beds, let's say between a 1966 W200 stepside and a WM300. If you take off the fenders they seem to be pretty much the same, obviously you would have some bolt holes to fill when you take off the W200 fenders. Would WM300 fenders bolt up easily to W200 bedsides?
