I can't believe Ebay allows a seller to reserve the right to sell locally at the same time the auction is running. My feeling is that this is a easy way to opt out of the auction if the bids are not high enough. For myself, I will never bid when the seller reserves the right end the auction because it sold localy. This is nonsense.
