What happened with this truck???

why is it back up For Sale?
Did it get pull from the last Auction?
Can someone that doesn't have a reserve on a Auction can they stop and pull truck off?
If I had a bid in on that truck I'd be Pissed? Oh well!

Does anyone HATE the "NR" on a E-bay Auction but auction start off at over $1000. I'd like to put in a bid of just one dollar($1) on that NR bidding but can't find that option?
I need to read up on this e-bay bidding thing?
I have to much time on my hands?
