What all do you do to "prep" the metal?

Theres been lots of people out there have problems with the slick clean metals. I too would not paint it onto scaly rust but on light surface rust areas.

I've seen bare metal DA'd , scotch brighted. Wiped down with cleaners and the stuff peel off like skin after a bad sun burn.

It does adhere well to rougher surface metals and surface rust and takes a fair amount of abuse when it dries.

Have you ever used the POR Patch?
