If I'm not mistaken, we were warned this past spring to lay in a supply of food and water, buy extra flashlights, invest in generators, get plywood ready for the windows, and make sure the PW was fueled and ready to go. (OK, I made that part up.)

It was going to be the worst hurricane season on record.

With the exception of Ernesto's tail end, we got no major storms.

Wuhappen?

Should we blame Bush, the Arabs, the Koreans, the Corps of Engineers, or Hillary?
