Hi Ephraim,
All I know is I didnt have this noise before the swap, and the tranny and driveshaft are the 2 items changed. The stubby shaft is in phase. I am not getting much vibration, just a really gnarley grindy noise noise, mostly in higher speeds, twenty mph or so.
I may never know!
