You can buy 4:1 gears for the 300, from Tera Manufacturing. It has the same 23 splined shaft and mates to the NV4500. You can also get a "clocking ring" from Advanced Adapters to position (rotate) the case into a different position.
If you're set on using the 203 as a doubler (more weight and length) then check out the Advanced and Novak web sites, they have the parts to make that work if you have the $$$
