Thanks. I have flash, but still couldn't get any where on their site. I figured whatever I do with them will take a LONG time as they have replaced the RS9000 with the RSX9000. With the newer model, there are 10 settings instead of 5.
I also know that once I place an order with them, I'll find the missing knobs. Then there's probably the issue of them being like most big businesses, and that's being their customer service/tech support has been moved to Bopal, India.
