The spacer is essentially two round plates separated by a section of tubing. The plates have the six lug pattern. One plate bolts to the existing lug bolts. You have to install new lug bolts to the outside plate. Your wheel bolts to these new lug bolts. If you have a fax available, give me the number and I will fax the picture to you. JH
